It’s a Vision!

The recent news of ParkourUK making a exclusive deal to get a new form of Kalenji ‘Success’ trainer back into production which they are called ‘visions’ is music to my ears and everyone else. They have a few alterations to the original trainer, hopefully for the better! It has a thicker grip and new overall design. This is fantastic news to Traceur’s all over the world!

I still have a few untouched pairs of the original Kalenji Success trainers, before they were discontinued. I’m sure many other people who practised Parkour back then also made sure they stocked up on the trainer before they all sold out. I’ve known a few people and heard stories from others of individual who went to different branches of Decathlon to stock up on dozens of pairs.

Out of all the trainers I have trained in and worn over the years, NOTHING has come close or been able to beat the Success trainers. So the news that a new kind will be out soon is amazing! I really can’t wait to get some and not have to worry bout wearing them down and not being able to get hold of a pair again.

The full details about them are HERE. Photos of the Vision prototypes are HERE!

UPDATE: According to the PKUK site these trainers will be out in Decathlon UK stores from 30th January 2012 as well as being able to order them from the online store HERE.
