Training, Heat, Girls & Editing.

Since the last post and the various video releases, training has continued in the extreme summer heat each Saturday. On the 5th June I was out training all day with people in a vest and the heat got so much I had to call it a day at like 5pm.

Hell night has been going as usual with one week being rainy and so we changed it to an actual training session instead. There has been more interest in Parkour from girls and a recent member Josie has joined Npk and been training with the girls with good progression.

This weekend just gone 12th June was a trip to Arnold area to train at and then various estate area’s near-by. It was a really good day although not as much photography as planned but I did film quite a bit instead.

The weather was so warm the day was amazing and rather lot of people came training. A video is being made from the day and will be posted up when I have finished editing it.
