My foot [1] is now better and seems to be healed, it was fine to train on after a couple weeks but I had to keep it bandaged up and compressed. Then after around six weeks, it was fine without the aid of supports. I’ve even twinged it once while training and it was fine, no further problems. On the road to being back as I once were, before the injury. I’m glad that is out of the way, I’ve been conditioning a lot recently, it seems to be the only thing I do. While training we have been finding ways around the outside of buildings, shimmying around the outside like climbers do which is great conditioning on the arms and back. We found some new places to train this too, as opposed to the usual Audo challenge one, the new one is at the Adam’s building, which is amazing for it as you can go all way around the entire building which is very long.
