Persistence is key.

Every failure teaches you how to succeed and so you should not be afraid to fail at things in life or in training, it doesn’t make you a worse person nor does it make you any less inferior. So never be afraid to fail at something even if others can do it with ease, it builds a better understanding of what you are doing wrong and how to correct it in order to obtain what you want to achieve.

This was a rather simple kong to cat/ catpass arm jump again something which seemed to have me stumped commitment wise. I think due to not having many in Nottingham it’s something I’ve not experienced often. So this was a great mental and physical challenge, in the end with some persistence I got it done though.

This is the second video after the failure-teaches-success one and it is aimed to show the struggle we have physically and mentally as practitioners from the movements we practice no matter how big or small they may be. I really am looking forward to being fully healed and training again and I have some great ideas for video content which I shall be perusing in the near future.
